If an order remains in "Pending" or "Processing" status for more than 48 hours without progress, you may request a cancellation and refund.
If a technical issue on our platform results in an incorrect charge or duplicate payment, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued for the following:

User errors, including incorrect username/URL, wrong quantity, or duplicate orders
Service delays caused by third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Drops or refunds from third-party platforms affecting the order
Service suspensions due to violation of the target platform's terms of service
Price differences between the time of purchase and current rates
Orders placed using bonus balance, promotional credits, or coupon codes

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting our support team:
Your account may be suspended or permanently closed
All pending orders will be cancelled
Any remaining balance in your account will be forfeited
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are filed in violation of this policy.
If you wish to close your account and withdraw your remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds):
A processing fee may apply
Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply
