• Delivery speeds are estimates and not guaranteed

• Drops (decreases in engagement) may occur due to third-party platform actions

• We do not guarantee permanent retention of engagement

• Refills may be offered at our discretion for eligible services

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• For illegal activities or content

• To harass, abuse, or harm others

• To violate any third-party platform's terms of service

• With stolen payment methods or fraudulent funds

• To resell our services without written permission

6. Orders and Payments

6.1 Placing Orders

• Orders are processed automatically upon receipt

• Ensure accuracy of all order details (username, URL, quantity, etc.)

• We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information

• Balance is non-transferable between accounts

9. Delivery and Performance

• Refills are provided for drops within the warranty period (typically 30-90 days, varies by service)

You agree not to:

  • Any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• Permanent retention of engagement

• Compliance with third-party platform terms

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SMMGatePanel, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services

• Violation of these Terms

• Violation of any third-party platform terms

• Any content or actions associated with your account

16. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Remaining balance may be subject to withdrawal fees.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraudulent or abusive behavior

• Legal or regulatory requirements

• Non-payment or chargebacks

• Pending orders may be cancelled

• Balance may be forfeited if termination is due to violation
